Film Treatment Entry Form & Entry Requirements

Submission Procedure

Each team must:

SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY ONLINE: ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE via Withoutabox.com (WAB). Before you begin the online entry process, you must carefully read the Rules & Regulations, Entrants Qualifications, and Entry Guidelines.

After you read and understand these, you’re ready to proceed to the WAB site and begin the online entry process.

Add you script project (Film Treatment under the theme "Living Faith of the Beloved King) on your WAB account :

Click Add a Project

Select Script Project and then click Continue

Enter your Film treatment title, select the language, and click Save

Select Types & Forms as a screenplay and click Save

Select niches of your film and click Yes to consider as student project, then click Save

Select your school level (of your team leader), then click Save

Fill in your Academic reference person, select his/her position and fill in his/her contact info (optional), then click Continue

Select the Genres of your film, and click Save

Fill in a logline (brief description) of your film treatment, then click Save

Select the subject of your film treatment; it should be original, and then click Save

Upload your completed FILM TREATMENT ENTRY FORM; according to the format as below:
	Save your file name as YOUR SHORT FILM TITLE_YOUR TEAM NAME 10 Pt, Arial Font The length of film treatment should be approximately 1-2 Pages 500 – 1,000 Words
	HEADER FORMAT Film Title, Team Name, Country of Origin (Must be Asian Country) TREATMENT DETAILS; should describe the following
Main Concept: How outstanding are Thai’s personalities? How do the Thai people demonstrate their shining charisma? What things show the uniqueness of the Thai’s heart? Theme (Living Faith of the Beloved King): How Thai people can adapt royal guidance or words of wisdom to enhance their lives; How significant Thai people would love to do good deeds for the King; How does the King inspire Thai people to better their lives, despite any formidable obstacles in their lives. Background of main characters Master scenes outline

Browse your file and click Upload

Wait until your uploaded file appears on the screen then click Save

Fill in the name of writer people (If you write the treatment by yourself, you can select your name from a quick fill menu), select a position, fill in the contact info (optional), then click Continue

Select the dialogue/ language of your film treatment (it need to be English or Thai), then click Save

After this step you can skip the pages you don’t have information, then WAB will bring you back to your account page

Select Film Expo Asia Bangkok 2010 page at the right menu bar.

Click Submit Now

Click Submit Now again at the Qualify Results page

Recheck your submission info and select the payment method (credit card only). You can also add submission protection (optional).

Select the Submission copy format, and then answer every special question.
(The cover letter is not require or request)

Please note: Sample work ( “Youtube” links) need to be 5 minutes maximum, under file name format: FEA 2010_Sample work_Your work title_Your team name

Sign the Terms & Conditions

Click Send Submission & Continue

Recheck the entry fee and then click Check Out

13.

Fill in you credit card information and then click View & Confirm order.

The confirmation page will appear and you will receive a confirmation email from WAB which means your submission process is completed.
